•  "Welcome to the church of joy"
• Everyone can contribute, no matter how old they are or their position, everyone can help and make someone feel loved and joy -- teach the kids that even though they are young, they can still be a contributing member of the ward
• Ask Heavenly Father each Sabbath day "Who needs me at church today? Who should I talk to or sit by?"
• Need to keep working on my attitude about being RS president -- "not my will, by Thine be done in all things"
• Focus on worshipping in the temple -- it's not just serving in the temple
