• Show love to those you teach; they never forget the people who loved them; think more often of those you teach (and love) -- ask how they are, ask after them, serve them, see what they need
• If they know they are loved, it changes the class, it changes how they look at it, it makes them want to come
• Pray for each member of class as I plan to teach them, each young woman; pray to know what to say that will touch them
• Make sure they know you respect and value them, don't judge them, don't belittle them and make them feel stupid (also need to remember this as a mom -- don't make my kids feel dumb for their questions or concerns -- be respectful) 
• Something to work on: call people by name, use their name when talking to them, it helps them feel known, recognized, and thought of and loved.
