Halloween
A few days before Halloween, Gramma Fern watched baby Camille so that Daniel, Brooke and I could go to a local pumpkin patch and pick out some pumpkins to carve. Funnily enough, we didn't get to carving them. But we had an awfully good time picking them out.
Halloween was about a week after we went home from the hospital. Brooke
dressed up in the old Miss Muffet costume that Mom made. I wore it as a
child, and it was so cute and fun to see Brooke in it, too. She looked
so cute! Mom watched Camille while Daniel and I took Brooke
trick-or-treating around our little townhouse community. We had a great
time! We met up with our neighbors, the La Rue's, who had twins several
months ago. They were taking their little babies, all dressed up so
cute, around. So we tagged along with them and went to a bunch of
houses. Brooke had a great time! She was so cute, saying, "Trick or
treat!" and then "thank you!" when they put candy into her hot little
hand. She loved how much candy she was getting. It was great.
